Sub Ink Tank

Our sub ink tank features anti-corrosion properties and includes heating and circulatory functions to maintain optimal ink temperature. This ensures smooth ink flow and consistent printing quality, unaffected by low-temperature environments.

Electrostatic Eliminator

During UV printing, our electrostatic eliminator is positioned near the media interface. It utilizes high voltage corona discharge to ionize air into positive and negative ions, neutralizing static electricity on the material’s surface. This prevents the occurrence of flying ink caused by static electricity.

Japan THK Mute Guide Rail

Enhance stability and precision with dual THK mute guide rails in the X printing direction, offering high resolution, minimal noise, and durability against wear and tear. Double guide rails on the Z axis ensure balanced carriage lifting for consistent performance.

Hard Oxidation Absorption Platform

The platform features a carbon alloy honeycomb suction surface with UV light absorption, preventing nozzle scratching. It includes X/Y dual-axis scale operation, pneumatic zero-limit adjustment for precise feeding, and a 2.2 kW suction turbine with four electronic partitions for consistent material absorption.

Japan Fuji Servo System

Four high-resolution Fuji servo motors ensure precise operation: a 750W gear motor for the X axis, dual 400W motors for Y, and a Z axis servo with double guide rails and automatic height adjustment for seamless calibration across different media thicknesses.
